The Mitchell Area Genealogical Society will be hosting a workshop, that will be  4 sessions in one day on April 26th, 2008. The schedule for the day will be as follows:

9:00 Registration and Welcome

9:30 Researching at the Carnegie Resource Center

10:30 Researching Germans to Russia

                 presented by Garvin Bertsch

11:30 Lunch provided by MAGS

12:00 South Dakota State Genealogical Meeting

1:00  Researching in Norway

                 presented by Jim Olson (who will be returning from Norway just days before)

2:15  Researching the LDS Family History Center

                  presented by Gaye Van Epps of the Sioux Falls Center

Directions to the Carnegie Resource Center:

I-90:
1. Take Exit 332 and head North on S Burr St
2. Follow S Burr St to E 1st Ave
3. Turn West (Left) onto E 1st Ave
4. Follow E 1st Ave to Main St
5. Turn North (Right) onto N Main St
6. Follow N Main St to W 3rd Ave (One Way)
7. Turn West (Left) onto W 3rd Ave (One Way)
8. The Carnegie Resource Center is on the Left at 119 W 3rd Ave

Highway 37 from the North:
1. Keep going South on Highway 37 it will turn into Main St.
2. Keep going South on Main St to W 3rd Ave (One Way)
3. Turn West (Right) onto W 3rd Ave (One Way)
4. The Carnegie Resource Center is on the Left at 119 W 3rd Ave.

Highway 37 from the South:
1. Keep going North on Highway 37 it will turn into S Burr St
