The Mitchell Chamber City Beautification Committee presented the Carnegie Resource Center with a 2007 Community Improvement Award on December 5 at the Home Federal Bank Conference Room. The award is for a business, individual or organization that made a difference in our community by beautifying your existing building, home or surroundings, or have built a new building. We would like to thank all of our volunteers who made this award possible. See gallery for picture of presentation.
